[Appetizer] Pickled red and white dried persimmon, pickled octopus and two-colored egg, black beans and steamed clams in sake

[Sashimi] Raw bluefin tuna and two kinds of seasonal fresh fish

[Grilled food] Grilled Noto winter mackerel with sea urchin

[Fried food] Fried pufferfish, mountain vegetable tempura, seaweed salt, tempura broth

[Simmered dish] Seasonal ingredients cooked together: shrimp potato, bamboo shoots, Kyoto carrots, and steamed herring

[Meal] Oyster chazuke (rice with tea), dashi broth, wasabi, seaweed, pickles

[Sweets] Handmade dessert of the day
