[Appetizers] Yoro tofu with plum vinegar jelly, white asparagus marinated in mustard, firefly squid and wasabi flower

Whitebait sushi, simmered broad beans, and fire-cut ink

[Soup dish] Green peas in a simmered sauce, shrimp simmered in soy sauce

[Sashimi] Assorted 5 kinds of sashimi featuring fresh bluefin tuna and raw sea urchin from Hokkaido

[Grilled food] Grilled Sakura Trout with Rapeseed

[Fried food] Sweetfish or Spanish mackerel, red sea bream milt, and wild vegetable tempura

[Hot Pot] Local clams, bamboo shoots, and young shoots served in a small hot pot
